Friends, let's talk about the third mile of the day, which is our lunch, in which we will eat 250 grams of fish and with it you have to eat 50 carrots for carbohydrates, we will eat 50 grams of oats and salad friends, this is our lot. good lunch but i eat it as a heavy pre workout meal so i have put oats in it for carbohydrate kiyoko oats take a long time to digest and i eat it 3 hours before workout…
